Cancellation & Refund Policy
Fees are due in advance of services rendered. The client will choose the appropriate plan for them and agrees to submit payment prior to the first scheduled session. Fees are non-refundable. Sessions are to be used in the timeframe agreed upon by the coach and client, and are not eligible to be rolled over. All plans are set to automatic renewal, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Client maintains the right to cancel payment at any time in advance of the billing date for the next payment due. Cancellation must be done in writing (either by posted letter to the company address or by email to the following email address: vinnie@betterlifenow.com and the letter or email must be received before the new billing cycle. If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment date to reschedule.
